With an area of 247,000 sq. m., Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions (also known as Parc des Expositions de Villepinte) is France’s largest exhibition complex and one of the leading European business venues. As a veritable feat of architecture, it impresses with clear glass ceilings and a modern look that enhances brand presentation. The nine halls of the complex are organised around a beautiful esplanade that spans over 100,000 sq. m., offering beautiful views and additional space for outdoor events.

Operating with the primary goals of comfort and environmental responsibility, Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions is extremely attractive to organisers of professional and consumer exhibitions, conferences and conventions. Its convenient location between Paris and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport is a big advantage.

Since its official opening in 1982, Paris-Nord Villepinte has steadily grown and has become more accessible. The expansion of the hall space has almost quadrupled the original exhibition area of 70,000 sq. m. across 4 halls. Under the management of Viparis group, Parc des Expositions de Villepinte is constantly improving its facilities and accessibility. It underwent significant renovations in 2014-2015 and in the near future will expand to reach over 350,000 sq. m. of exhibition space.

Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions is very conveniently located near Charles de Gaulle airport, but its easy access to central Paris and the nearby Villepinte and Roissy-en-France communes also offers plentiful opportunities for your visit outside of the time spent attending a trade show.

getting around Getting around

Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions has easy access to nearby airports as well as to all major areas of Paris.

RER B line: Part of the Regional Express Network, the RER B line crosses the Paris region from north to south and spans 80 km in length. Paris-Nord Villepinte has a dedicated stop on the line – the Gare du Parc des Expositions. It is one stop away (less than 10 minutes) from the Charles de Gaulle airport and about half an hour away from the main stops in central Paris. The station exit is nearest to Hall 8 of the venue.

Bus 350: In case of emergencies which prevent the RER B line from running, your best alternative is the bus line 350 which services a route between the airport and Paris’ Porte La Chapelle metro station. The bus stop is near the RER B line station entrance.

If you are travelling by car, Parc des Expositions offers 14,000 parking spaces divided into 6,000 reserved for exhibitors and 8,000 for visitors. There are also shuttle services from the parking lots to the esplanade, as well as dedicated shuttles for individuals with reduced mobility.

Where to stay

Among the preferred accommodation choices by fair participants are properties near Parc des Expositions de Villepinte. While there are many hotels within walking distance of the venue, they are regularly fully booked and tend to be more expensive. An alternative is the nearby area of Roissy-en-France, where hotel options abound. While there is usually no direct transport to the exhibition centre, during important trade shows hotels in the area offer special shuttle services to Parc des Expositions for a small fee.

For those who would like to experience the best of Paris outside of their time at a trade fair, staying in areas along the RER B line is the most convenient option. The Châtelet - Les Halles district is about half an hour away from Paris-Nord Villepinte and offers plentiful shopping and sightseeing opportunities, as well as a rich nightlife. It is also just one stop away from the Notre-Damme de Paris.

Visitors looking for a more sophisticated experience can choose the districts around the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station, but be advised that room rates in the area are comparatively expensive. If you are looking for more competitive prices, the area near the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est stations offers much more low-cost accommodation.
