Exhibitors and visitors are preparing for the 37th edition of Salon de Gourmets. Scheduled from 22 - 25 April 2024, the leading fine food and beverages trade show in Europe will occupy the halls of IFEMA – Fiera de Madrid, welcoming over 100 000 professionals. Salon de Gourmets 2024 means commercial spirit, quality, global business exchange and over 200 million turnover in sales.
At least 1 500 new products will debut at the Salon de Gourmet 2024 showcase. Representatives of restaurants, hotels, distribution, catering and specialised trade come to the trade show to discover at least 55 000 quality product lines spanning seven thematic areas, including Organic Exhibition Area, Wine Tunnel, EVOO, Innovation area, and more.
