The 36th edition of Salon de Gourmets dates are already out! Scheduled from 17th to 20th April 2023 the most prominent fine food and beverages trade show in Europe will welcome over 75 000 trade professionals to the halls of IFEMA – Fiera de Madrid. Salon de Gourmets represents the most visited platform and a meeting hub for leading professionals in the gastronomic sector.
Over 1 600 representatives of restaurants, hotels, distribution, catering and specialised trade will contribute to the high-end exhibition featuring 40 000 products spanning seven sectors, including Space/The Richest Country in the world, Wine Tunnel, EVOO, Innovation area, organic exhibition area and more. The most forward-looking innovations will be distinguished at the Hosted Buyers Program – Business Center or ICEX where buyers can meet their every sourcing need. Visitors of Salon de Gourmets will also be impressed by the dynamic and interactive program of activities adding new features each edition. Championships, contests, award ceremonies and round tables on the hottest topics in the gastronomy will entertain and enrich each participant experience.
