Foodservice Australia 2025 will return to Melbourne from 18 to 20 May. The international trade show for the hospitality, catering and foodservice sectors will be organised by National Media’s Food and Beverage Group. Over 450 exhibiting companies will present their products and services at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC) during the 3-day event. They will be joined by approximately 12,000 professional buyers - restaurateurs, hotel and café owners, chefs, caterers, retailers, and distributors.
The stands at Foodservice Australia 2025 will showcase a wide variety of products for the hospitality and catering industries, including foods, kitchenware, bakery and coffee equipment, software solutions, and customer engagement technologies. The Specialty Producers pavilion will connect buyers with Australia’s small-sized suppliers of food, beverages and ingredients.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a rich programme of special events and educational activities, such as the Training Hub and the Café School. Scheduled on 19 May, the National Restaurant Conference will tackle emerging trends and challenges in the HoReCa sector - tech innovations, changing customer expectations, regulations. The Aged Care Catering Summit will be held on 20 May and will focus on the latest information and expert insights into this rapidly evolving service.
