What is new for Anuga 2019
One of the major focuses of Anuga 2019 will be personalisation and the content of the trade fair's congresses and special events will explore it from different perspectives. Such example is the summit Newtrition X, scheduled on 6 October, which will delve into personalised nutrition, the related market and challenges.
Another highlight of Anuga Cologne will be iFood 2019, the 5th innovation food conference. It will be held on 7 October with themes like the sustainability in the food sector as well as the digital trends in F&B production, consumption and distribution.
