SPS stands for Smart Production Solutions. It is a trade fair dedicated to the technologies in the automation industry. Due to the changes in the government-imposed regulations in response to the coronavirus pandemic, both event editions in 2020 and 2021 – including the digital were cancelled. This long interruption resulted in the currently highly anticipated SPS 2022 edition between 8 – 10 November. SPS 2022 is the next opportunity for a large-scale professional gathering in Messe Nuremberg. SPS (previously known as SPS IPC Drives) in Nuremberg provides a platform rich in business collaboration opportunities for experts and start-ups in software development and automation industry. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
