SIMA is the premier international exhibition for agricultural technologies and solutions. The fair unfortunately could not be held in 2020 due to concerns surrounding the coronavirus crisis. Now SIMA 2021, held from 21 to 25 February at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions, will give the sector a much-needed opportunity to regroup and recuperate.
The organisers of SIMA maintain their high ambitions and focus on expertise and innovation for the next edition. Over 1,800 exhibitors are expected to participate with a full assortment of agriculture and animal husbandry products and services.
“Tech” is the keyword for SIMA 2021, with a dedicated SIMA TECH hub and an emphasis on new technology, including software and data collection devices, telematics, farm drones and more. The new central area named “SIMA TALENT” intends to supply opportunities for training and development for young professionals, while a plethora of talks and workshops will focus on the most important issues farmers face at present. The SIMAGENA livestock genetics exhibition and the redesigned SIMA Innovation Awards will also return as key features of the show.
