About Internationale Tanzmesse 2020
The internationale tanzmesse nrw hosts Germany’s largest professional gathering exclusively dedicated to contemporary dance. The event takes place every two years, generally at the end of August, in Dusseldorf.
The dance fair provides local and international companies, artists, governments and agencies with an equal opportunity to present their work to an audience of professionals and members of the general public. The artistic programme of the fair includes fully produced performances as well as Open Studios on 11 of the best stages for dance citywide. The upcoming edition of Tanzmesse will be the first to focus on a specific theme - “Tradition and the Present”.
