FSB 2023

FSB, Germany’s public space, sports and leisure industry meeting is scheduled to return to Messe Cologne on 24 – 27 October 2023 . FSB 2023 will be once again co-located with aquanale - a major international trade fair for the sauna, pool and ambience market. The previous edition drew in a predominantly international expert audience making the FSB 2023 a must-attend for all stakeholders in the sports and leisure business.

FSB 2023 will once again take a hybrid form in order to accommodate better visitors and exhibitors preferences. A highlight of the trade fair is the IAKS Congress - series of workshops and talks covering the future trends of the public sector. Topics at the congress will be developing healthy and sustainable communities and managing climate-friendly sports and leisure facilities. The Cologne Messe halls are separated into themed sections, showcasing leading offerings in sport facility planning and equipment, playgrounds, urban design services and more. FSB features a prestigious award ceremony organised and presented by the Olympic Committees - IOC and IPC in collaboration with IAKS. Medals for innovative, sustainable and inclusive sports and leisure architecture are handed to sports facilities and student-led projects are eligible for 30 IOC IPC IAKS Architecture Prizes showcased at a designated stand.
