The Cannes International Festival des Jeux, also known as FIJ, will bring together players and game publishers from various countries for another live edition in 2022. Festival des Jeux Cannes 2022 will occur at Palais des Festivals et des Congres from 25 to 27 February 2022.
Festival International des Jeux Cannes 2022 honours the culture and heritage of games by showcasing the many facets of authors’ work in the world of games. The annual festival will provide an exciting experience for all participants in four different universes: Board Games, Video Games, Simulation & Escape Games, Children’s Games and Traditional Games. Visitors can discover new games and learn more about the game creation process. The interactive FIJ 2022 allows visitors to network with professionals, attend conferences to gain industry insight and play with professionals and other game enthusiasts.
Festival International des Jeux Cannes 2022 will host the prestigious As d’Or-Jeu de l’Année award, the cultural reference award for the best board games. Award winners from the 2021 edition of the competition and well-renowned companies like 2 Tomatoes Games and others will make an appearance at the FIJ 2022.
The Cannes Festival International des Jeux 2022 will be open Friday to Sunday (25-27 February 2022) from 10:00 to 19:00 for professional participants and members of the public, including families with children.
