Alimentaria FoodTech 2021, the benchmark Spanish fair for food ingredients, technology and processing equipment, will return on 19 - 22 October 2021. The new dates for the event come after a cancellation of its 2020 edition and according to the organisers will offer strong support for the relaunch of the sector.
The complete food and beverages processing and preservation chain is presented at the Alimentaria FoodTech exhibition. Over 300 companies participate in the leading innovation showcase on the Iberian Peninsula, presenting ingredients, processing and packaging technology, food safety solutions and the latest Industry 4.0 developments. Participants can also visit Ingrenova - the dedicated area for Intermediate Food Products.
The exhibition will be accompanied by special highlights. Must-attend is the Innovation Meeting Point (IMP) – the hub that consolidates all expert knowledge and latest research in the sector. The Innova and Emprende awards will once again recognise and encourage creativity and expertise. Various digital proposals are also being added to the Alimentaria FoodTech 2021 offer.
