Inspiration, the latest trends and sweetest delights abound at südback. The next edition of the major baking and confectionery show was postponed from its intended 2020 dates due to health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Messe Stuttgart will welcome the upcoming südback 2022 between 22 – 25 October.
Over 700 exhibitors and about 40,000 trade visitors from all over the world participate in the südback showcase. The comprehensive assortment of products and services ranges from raw ingredients, baking agents and technology to bakery shop furnishings, marketing and merchandising services and retail solutions. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
