SIMO 2021

SIMO 2021 originally set on 2 – 4 November will be held fully virtually using the digital platform LIVEConnect platform between November 30th and December 1st. This change owes to the unprecedented difficulties and uncertainties faced by the event management amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Every winter, the leaders in the area of learning technologies and digital content head to Madrid for SIMO EDUCACIÓN to engage with the teaching community and present the latest developments in the field.

SIMO 2021 will run under the slogan “Learning for after a crisis”, bringing together over 200 technology manufacturers, distributors, publishing groups and platforms for educational content for a comprehensive showcase. Visitors are predominantly educators and representatives of learning centres from both the private and public sectors. With a fair model focused on providing opportunities for the creation of profitable contacts and a significant media presence, SIMO EDUCACIÓN is the perfect place for business and technological advancement in education.

The wide assortment of ICT educational solutions at SIMO is complemented by a high-quality supporting programme. In 2021,* The National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF)* will offer training certification for teachers, while the INNOVA platform will present applications of AI and Big Data, neuroscience concepts, programming, robotics, 3D design, and more advancements aimed at enhancing the teaching process. The 8th edition of the Awards for Educational Innovation and Innovative Teaching Experiences is also scheduled as part of the programme.
