SIMA Expo

The Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA Expo) has been a benchmark event for the real estate industry in Spain for over 20 years. SIMA Expo 2020 will be held on 12 – 15 November, after its original May dates were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. About 300 exhibitors and 14,000 visitors are expected to attend.

The comprehensive SIMA showcase features all housing types, non-residential offers, investment opportunities and professional services. Attended by both trade professionals and the general public, the fair offers ample B2B and B2C opportunities and is considered an essential commercial platform at the domestic and international level. Running parallel, on 11 – 13 November, is SIMA Pro – a trade-exclusive show which hosts special networking events and forums containing the most up-to-date market insights.

The programme is rounded out by the SIMA Academy conference, where participants can find in-depth information and answers to all questions surrounding the matters of real estate purchase. Also featured will be the ASPRIMA-SIMA Awards, which highlight professional excellence.
