SIAL China 2024 will start in less than a month, bringing F&B professionals together for an intensive exhibition and conference experience. The one-stop B2B food and beverage industry trade show will occur between 28 and 30 May 2024 and will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
SIAL China 2024 will spread 260,000 sqm of exhibition space and feature over 6,500 global exhibitors. The upcoming trade fair will feature the following nine highlight sectors: Baby Food Village; Organic & Wellness Village; Dairy Sector; Non-alcoholic Beverage Sector; Food Sector; Meat, Poultry & Cured Meats Sector; Seafood Sector; Alcoholic Beverage Sector; and Pulses and grains. Additionally, there will be several national and regional pavilions that will display delicious delicacies worth the taste.
The concurrent SIAL Global Food Industry Summit will offer a rich programme of nine sub-forums on essential industry-related topics, including the Food-Tech Innovation Forum and the Global New Retail Forum. Other SIAL China 2024 supporting events and activities will include the Snacking Awards, the Chic & Tea Contest, and the Seafood Fest.
