New dates: Optatec 2022 has been postponed to 18 - 20 October 2022.
Every two years, **Optatec Frankfurt** holds the leading international gathering for the optics industry. Originally scheduled for November 2020, the 15th Optatec had to be postponed due to the circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic. Now **Optatec 2022** will be held from **18 - 20 October** (*old dates: 27 - 29 September*) at its usual venue – Messe Frankfurt.Optatec is one of the most important meeting places for all professionals working in the area of optical technologies. The exhibition features over 500 companies who present the most innovative products in the areas of optical and laser components, manufacturing systems, optomechanics and electronics, fibre optics and more. Over the past three decades, the fair has become well-established within the industry, attracting over 5,000 high-level professional visitors at each of its edition and offering an excellent platform that unites supply and demand.
Optatec 2022 will once again bridge the gap between scientific findings, new technologies and practical applicability. Covered in the showcase will be important themes in the industry such as sustainability and climate and environmental protection. Programme features such as the Optatec exhibitor forum and the “Training and Research – Study Photonics” Technology Park will round out the fair experience.
