Norla 2023 will mark the 73rd edition of one of the leading agricultural events in Northern Germany. The trade fair for the animal breeding and animal husbandry industries will be held at Messe Rendsburg from 31 August to 3 September 2023.
Over 600 exhibitors from various countries will be featured at Norla 2023. They will present the latest innovations and standard practices in agriculture, farming, landscaping, gardening and green energy. The trade fair will combine specialist and consumer-oriented events and an informative conference programme covering current issues and future trends in the sector’s development. Professional participants will discover new products, technologies and services, create valuable contacts with their peers and new customers, and gain knowledge and skills to operate successfully on the market.
The Norla 2023 schedule will include product pavilions and on-site demonstrations like The Shetland Pony Show and the Fjord Horse Day. The trade show will also display agricultural and renewable energy machinery for participants to see and test in the venue’s outdoor area. The State Animal Show will feature various competitions, animal parades and educational workshops for children and adults.
A Norla 2023 highlight will be the specially built Dairy Barn, running under the motto “Technology & Animal Welfare – Dairy Barn Live”, where visitors can observe the everyday lives of ten dairy cows in modernised stables and facilities. Supporting the event will be expert-led lectures, farmers’ meetings and a farmers’ market, which will be located in the northern area of the exhibition grounds.
