When it comes to the ocean economy and potential, Nor-Shipping is the event presenting solutions to the global maritime industry. The trade fair is held once every 2 years in Norges Varemesse. It brings to Norway exhibiting companies from nearly 50 countries, thus demonstrating under one roof innovations and best practices from Europe, Asia, America, Africa and the Middle East.
Nor-Shipping 2019 will be staged between 4 and 7 June. It will cover approximately 21,000 sq m of exhibition area and will attract more than 15,500 trade visitors. Accompanied by a conference, round tables, technical seminars, competitions and other events, Nor-Shipping 2019 is on the agenda of the top maritime players.

What is new for Nor-Shipping 2019
With Nor-Shipping 2019 focusing on sustainable ocean development, the new initiative Ocean Now will certainly be among the trade fair's highlights. It will revolve around startups and innovative technology creating new possibilities. Another special event, Young@Nor-Shipping, themed The life cycle of a ship - business as usual or an ocean of opportunities?, will explore the perspectives in the maritime industry.
In addition, Nor-Shipping 2019 will feature pavilions dedicated to products, services and know-how originating from certain nations and regions. American and Canadian, African, British, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Singaporean, Spanish and Turkish companies will be represented.
