About jazzahead! 2023
jazzahead! 2023 dates have been announced. The largest international trade fair for jazz will gather participants to network, exchange ideas, attend conferences and panels, and enjoy good music at numerous concerts. jazzahead! 2023 will be held from 27 to 30 April in Halls 6 and 7 of Messe Bremen. The trade fair will open on 27 April at 10:00 am, and the official opening ceremony will start at 1:00 pm.
jazzahead! 2023 will once again become the family reunion of jazz, bringing together musicians, renowned labels, agencies, festival organisers and specialised media for a 4-day premier experience. Running under the motto “Building Bridges”, the 17th edition of the show will be the perfect place for new talent to connect with peers, form lasting business relationships, and gain media exposure. There will be numerous lectures, discussions, workshops, special live performances and themed areas, such as the “Work & Meet - Crossover” area.
The partner country for this in-person meeting will be Germany. The German Jazz Expo will include content related to the German jazz scene. A jazzahead! 2023 Bremen highlight will be the Showcases event, featuring famous and up-and-coming artists who will perform on various stages throughout the venue. The conference programme will cover three focus topics: sustainability in the live events industry, diversity and inclusion onstage and behind the scenes, and the challenge of achieving success in the music marketplace in the growing digitalised world. Another must-visit will be the annual GALA CONCERT, concluding the show’s schedule.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
