IT-TRANS 2022 will mark the 8th edition of the leading platform for digital solutions in the public transport sector. After hosting a fully virtual edition in 2020, the biennial event will return to Messe Karlsruhe between 10th and 12th May for a highly anticipated in-person meeting combined with a digital event. Over 5,000 international IT and mobility experts are expected to attend and chart the future of urban mobility together.
Two main components create the IT-TRANS experience – an expertly curated exhibition and a high-level international conference. Over 250 exhibitions participate in the showcase, presenting the latest innovations in travel information and ticketing services, communication technologies, intelligent traffic asset management, autonomous vehicles and more. They benefit from the opportunity engage with a diverse international group of senior management from public and private transport operators, local authorities and international delegations, IT experts, R&D specialists and more.
Over the three days of IT-TRANS, all participants have the opportunity to connect with prospective partners and discover the best solutions to enhance their business. Alongside the plethora of business opportunities, interesting lectures in the conference programme will enable the exchange of information and knowledge among industry members. In 2022, IT-TRANS will also offer digital enhancements to its programme for an innovative hybrid experience.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Most of all , the location was excellent. It was easy to access from the airport by being so close to the main station and the direct trains to the exhibition were very close as well.
The train station proved very good for getting some thing hot to eat after a long day at the exhibition. The large supermarket was in the station as well.
