INTERNORGA 2023 will gather participants for another in-person journey back to the future! The most significant international exhibition for the HoReCa sector will be held at Hamburg Messe und Congress from 10 to 14 March 2023. The expo will be open daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
INTERNORGA 2023 will span five exhibition sectors: Food, beverages and coffee/machines; Bakery and patisserie; Kitchen technology and equipment; and Digital Applications. Representatives of the hospitality and F&B sectors will be able to explore the latest products and industry trends, connect with exhibitors and other trade visitors and experience high-level business networking in a relaxed setting.
INTERNORGA 2023 has prepared an intensive programme of various activities. The trade fair will include several trend areas. The Newcomers Area will be the perfect place for new businesses in the out-of-home sector to showcase their innovations in a specialised marketplace. The Craft Spirit Lounge will feature the finest hand-crafted spirits, including gin and whisky, fruit spirits and vodka, as well as various sorts of craft beer. Other trend areas at INTERNORGA 2023 will be the Craft Coffee Area and the Packaging + Delivery section.
The HoReCa trade show will also host an informative conference and several supporting special events. One of the INTERNORGA 2023 specials will be the Food Truck Village, where attendees can enjoy delicious food-to-go and other snacks presented by the best food trucks in cooperation with the Lunch-Karawane.
