The biennial InfraTech in Essen is a key trade show for the infrastructure and civil-engineering sector. InfraTech 2022 – the fifth edition of the fair – has been rescheduled to take place from 20 to 22 September 2022 (original dates: 11 - 13 January 2022) at Messe Essen with the theme “Rethinking Infrastructure”, emphasizing mutual debate, advice and cooperation between the government, industry participants and scientists.
The InfraTech exhibition encompasses four theme areas: “Civil Engineering”, “Sewerage and Drainage”, “Public Space and Mobility” and “Energy and Environment”. On the show floor, contractors, clients, planners, developers and suppliers can find and discuss cutting-edge infrastructural solutions. Over 200 exhibitors and 8,000 visitors will gather to explore avenues for collaboration and think about the future of the sector. In addition to the business and networking opportunities on the show floor, InfraTech Essen 2022 will once again offer a varied program of lectures addressing the challenges and opportunities in the industry, including the areas of digitisation, sustainability, energy transition and major renovations. Part of the programme will be the fourth InfraTech Innovation Prize which will promote the most innovative ideas in the sector.
