The premier food and hospitality trade fair **HOFEX 2021** will hold its next edition from 7 to 9 September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The exclusive show hosts over 2,800 international brands for a promising foray into the booming Chinese food market.The grand product assortment on display includes equipment and ingredients for food production, organic food, spirits, supplies and technological solutions for the hospitality business and many more.
