Over 3000 exhibiting companies and more than 67,000 professional visitors are preparing to attend Heimtextil 2020 in Frankfurt. The international trade show for home and contract textiles will be held on 7 - 10 January.
The halls of Messe Frankfurt will accommodate the main segments of the event, arranged according to its new concept. Textile Design, Wall Decoration, Bed & Bath Fashion, Decorative & Furniture Fabrics, Window & Interior Decoration and Beautiful Living will be among the featured product segments of Heimtextil Frankfurt.
Who can you meet there
The event brings together manufacturers, architects, interior designers and decorators, hotel outfitters, department stores, visual merchandisers, suppliers of home textiles and other professionals. One of the reasons for its appeal is that Heimtextil is known for high-quality exhibitors and buyers.
The organisers actively work to attract and encourage young talents and start-ups. Their presence is expected to increase for the upcoming Heimtextil 2020. The same applies to the internationality of the attendees, which reached an all-time high during the latest event.
What makes it special
Heimtextil is designed to reflect the dynamics of a fast-changing sector. The requirements and challenges the business faces are revealed, along with possible solutions. These include topics like sustainability and the related water management, microplastics, recycling, etc.
Heimtextil is not only the biggest event in its field but also starts the business year with fresh trends and inspiration for all things textile. Participants then have the time to incorporate their newly-gained knowledge in their projects. The home and contract textiles trade fair experience is enriched by guided tours, networking possibilities and lectures.
What is new for Heimtextil 2020
The reformed concept of Heimtextil Frankfurt involves a new site plan, which was introduced during the previous edition and gained the approval of both exhibitors and visitors. With Hall 6 being under renovation, it was unavailable during the 4 days of the event. The new Hall 12 hosted the Bed & Bath Fashion segment. These and other modifications allowed for additional space and never-before-seen synergies. The special format Interior.Architecture.Hospitality in Hall 4.2, aimed at the rising contract sector, was just one of Heimtextil's highlights.
Heimtextil 2020 will keep the well received changes.
