GELATISSIMO 2024 will return to Stuttgart for another fresh and flavourful edition.* The only trade fair dedicated to handmade gelato products north of the Alps* will be held at Messe Stuttgart from 3 to 7 February 2024. The expo will occur in conjunction with INTERGASTRA, the leading trade show for the hotel and gastronomy business.
GELATISSIMO 2024 will bring together local and international ice-cream manufacturers, owners of gelato parlours and coffee shops, and gastronomers to obtain business information, form lasting connections and enjoy a delicious and exciting exhibition experience. The trade show will span six main product and services categories in an area of 15,000 sq. m.: Raw ingredients, Toppings and waffles, Ice-cream machines and equipment for the ice cream laboratory, Refrigerated counters and display cabinets, Gelato menus, cups and accessories, Shop design and construction.
GELATISSIMO 2024 will host live shows of master artisans, competitions and workshops, and a marketplace with a wide range of products and solutions. Highlight events of the innovative trade fair will be the CHEF-SACHE networking platform and the Grand Prix GELATISSIMO.
