Frankfurt Book Fair 2024 will bring together participants worldwide in one place, where they can discover and create new perspectives for the future of the book publishing industry. The hybrid exhibition will facilitate and enhance business networking, connecting people worldwide.
Frankfurter Buchmesse 2024 will continue the tradition of hosting a new country as the Guest of Honour. The following book trade show edition will invite Italy as the Guest of Honour, highlighting the country’s rich culture and literature. Participants are excited about the upcoming numerous Italian literary discoveries and diverse programme featuring art, music, film, theatre, performances and more.

The new and exciting feature at Frankfurt Book Fair 2024 will be the Games Business Centre. It will be launched in collaboration with Bologna Children’s Book Fair and with the assistance of SpielFabrique and Nerdic. Set in Messe Frankfurt’s Hall 4.1, the centre will serve as a matching point for the international publishing and games sectors. Its first edition in 2024 will provide a tour highlighting game producers, and specialised events on topics like cross-media rights.
