Your service was excellent. Appreciate it and congratulations !!
Hotel location was perfect for Fitur event; however the unit had dog smell (I didn’t know in advance that it was pets allowed hotel…otherwise I wouldn’t book it….)
Breakfast was good enough for 3 days stay.
Thanks so much for following up! We were very happy with the customer service we received from you (Thank you so much for always providing quick follow-up and for recommending the Nikko!), the ease of booking (particularly during a pandemic), and the wonderful communication through-out the year. We are definitely interested in using you for securing accommodations for next year’s MEDICA.
In regards to the Nikko Dusseldorf, it is now number one on our list due to quality, proximately to rail, pricing, etc
I found Expobeds service easy to use and helpful, and I appreciated the personal touch of being contacted directly with reminders of deadlines and the like. I don't have any criticism to offer. I stayed at the Maritim Hotel Frankfurt. It was appropriate - it's proximity to the Messe Grounds was very valuable, and the room I booked met my needs. It's a tiny bit far away from other interesting things to do in Frankfurt, but that's an adequate trade off for its proximity to the Messe.
