FERMEX JAPAN, formally known as Int’l Fermentation & Brewing Food Expo, is an annual professional event in Japan focused on fermented and brewed foods and beverages. From 30th July to 1st August 2024, Tokyo Big Sight - East Hall gathers global leaders and decision-makers to explore Japan’s fermentation and brewing food industry.
