ESC Congress 2022 will be held from 26 to 29 August in Fira Barcelona - Gran Via. Following a fully digital edition due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the upcoming congress in Barcelona will also feature an online platform. The ESC's statistics show that over 39,000 health professionals from 169 nations accessed the digital content in 2021. The scientific presentations offered interaction possibilities through discussion chats and live Q&A sessions, and were also available on-demand. Close to 3700 outstanding abstracts on cardiovascular science and innovation were presented by scientists from 88 countries.
