EMO Hannover, also known as The World of Metalworking, is the leading trade show in its field. The biennial EMO rotates venues between Germany and Italy, with two consecutive editions in Hannover, and then one edition in Milan. Regardless of the location, the event gathers renowned experts from around the globe. EMO Hannover 2019 is scheduled between 16 and 21 September and will take place at Hannover Fairground. Over 2000 companies will exhibit during the next trade fair, with nearly 130,000 professionals benefiting from their offerings.
Who can you meet there
The EMO exhibitors come from over 40 countries. Among them attendees will meet providers of services and metalworking products - components for flexible automation, manufacturing software, machine tools for various processes, industrial electronics, surface finishing technology, testing equipment, etc. EMO Hannover 2019 will also welcome decision makers representing multiple industries, from aerospace and automotive through construction to precision mechanics and shipbuilding. They will join the event in Hannover Fairground for the myriad of the solutions and product launches.
What is new for EMO Hannover 2019
The motto of EMO Hannover 2019 will be Smart technologies driving tomorrow's production. It suggests that the trade show, and the metalworking sector as a whole, will be characterised not only by optimising the production quality, quantity and speed in traditional ways, but also by the possibilities provided by digitalisation and Industry 4.0.
In line with the motto, EMO Hannover 2019 will launch a new IoT in Production display area. Its features will include the IoT Speakers’ Forum and country pavilions presenting innovations from China, France, Japan, Spain and the US.
