CIRSE is an annual congress uniting the European scientific community involved in cardiovascular and interventional radiology. With each summit attracting more visitors than before, CIRSE 2022 expects over 9 000 professional visitors from 10th to 14th September at the Barcelona International Convention Centre – CCIB.
The congress is set up to include various session types on radiology topics from nine clinical tracks running in parallel with IDEAS 2022 - the interdisciplinary collaboration focusing on aortic treatment topics. Participants at CIRSE 2022 will access the latest research and case study findings presented in different formats, including case-based and round table discussions, honorary lectures, satellite symposia, video learning sessions, workshops and more.
Practical sessions offering hands-on experience represent a valuable tool for attendees to obtain an overview of the various devices used in specific procedures while learning how to use them at the IDEAS hands-on planning course series. The highlights at CIRSE 2022 are many, and the Film Interpretation Quiz competition and the Controversy Sessions stand out among them. Medical students in attendance will be able to receive 34 CME credits with the Certificate of attendance distributed to all participants at the venue.
