Together with VIVANESS, BIOFACH explores the entire supply chain of the global organic food, natural and organic cosmetics sector. Returning amid the difficult circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic, BIOFACH 2021 will support the industry through an eSpecial format. The joint exhibition with VIVANESS will be held online from 17 to 19 February 2021.
This major event focuses on innovations and provides the order platform for future-oriented distributors, retailers and wholesalers. The delicatessen, vegetables, bakery products, dairy products, confectionery, seafood, spices and meat displayed at BIOFACH are all certified under the EU Organic Regulation.
BIOFACH 2021 serves as a springboard for trailblazing innovations in the industry. In around 150 presentations, the congress theme “Organic delivers!” will focus on the positive impact of the industry’s organic approach. The new special show “All about water - is the basis of life endangered?” will include various formats of knowledge transfer relating to the vital resource. Since 2020, the key trends at BIOFACH can be explored at the specified trend wall. The latest advancements in the sector are displayed in the Novelty Stand. The award ceremony for the Best New Product will also take place in this area.
