About Zukunft Personal 2022
Zukunft Personal will return for another edition in 2022. ZP Europe 2022, the leading ExpoEvent for the world of work, will be held from 13 to 15 September 2022 at Messe Cologne. The expo will be open for trade visitors and exhibitors on 13 - 14 September between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, and on 15 September between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.
ZP Europe 2022 will once again connect people and markets in HR management, digitalisation and leadership. Decision-makers, HR managers and designers can get a decisive overview of the market and exchange views on the latest trends in the world of work.
The event will feature open discussions, conferences, and over 100 exhibitor booths. ZP Europe 2022 will offer a top-class line-up of international keynote speakers who will provide insight and professional experience within their companies and HR processes. The venue will host several themed keynote stages, including the Future of Work Stage, the Learning & Development Stage, and the Start Up Stage.
The Zukunft Personal 2022 programme will be complemented by product pavilions, on-site demonstrations, and dedicated workshop and live training areas. Attendees can connect with experts in designated networking zones like the Learning Cafe and the XING Messe Lounge. Other ZP Europe 2022 highlights will include the HR Innovation Award, which will be presented on 14 September, the KAMIN Lounge and the HR-Roundtable.

The event was great but in my humble oppinion too busy and not enough depth. At the first day I spent nealry 2 hours just to enter the venue and was not able to see the opening.
The hotel was very good. They were flexible to help me with a room prior to checkin time and eveything was accordingly. Perfect.
