The 36th edition of Salon de Gourmets dates are already out! Scheduled from 17th to 20th April 2023 the most prominent fine food and beverages trade show in Europe will welcome over 75 000 trade professionals to the halls of IFEMA – Fiera de Madrid. Salon de Gourmets represents the most visited platform and a meeting hub for leading professionals in the gastronomic sector.
Over 1 600 representatives of restaurants, hotels, distribution, catering and specialised trade will contribute to the high-end exhibition featuring 40 000 products spanning seven sectors, including Space/The Richest Country in the world, Wine Tunnel, EVOO, Innovation area, organic exhibition area and more.
