After successfully completing the 2023 edition, it is time for PPAI Expo 2024. The upcoming in-person meeting will gather professionals within the promotional products industry in North America under one roof at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The conference will take place on 15 January 2024, and the exhibition will continue for three days, from 16 to 18 January 2024.
The PPAI Expo 2024 will become a meeting hub for numerous national and international suppliers, consultants, and industry associates, offering an entire show floor filled with campaign ideas, decoration techniques and inspiring designs. Product pavilions spread throughout the venue will display unique products, cutting-edge innovations and upcoming trends.
The next trade fair edition will host an exciting programme jam-packed with various activities. Apart from informative conferences and networking meet-ups, PPAI Expo 2024 will host live demonstrations, product premieres, competitions, and award ceremonies. Trade show highlights will include Promopalooza and the Hall of Fame Award.

The event was great but in my humble oppinion too busy and not enough depth. At the first day I spent nealry 2 hours just to enter the venue and was not able to see the opening.
