I found Expobeds service easy to use and helpful, and I appreciated the personal touch of being contacted directly with reminders of deadlines and the like. I don't have any criticism to offer. I stayed at the Maritim Hotel Frankfurt. It was appropriate - it's proximity to the Messe Grounds was very valuable, and the room I booked met my needs. It's a tiny bit far away from other interesting things to do in Frankfurt, but that's an adequate trade off for its proximity to the Messe.
