ISM is the most prominent meeting place for the sweets and snacks sector. Normally scheduled in January, ISM 2023 dates were postponed to 23rd to 25th April to allow for better planning. Despite the changes in the programming the three fair days will deliver the same exciting networking opportunities, inspiration and innovation. Stay tuned for information whether the co-located Pro-Sweets event will be able to join ISM 2023 rescheduled dates.
Each year, ISM gathers top-shelf exhibitors and highly qualified visitors to the halls of Messe Cologne. The ISM showcase is a confectionary exhibition and vital networking, communication, and decision-making hub illuminating the newest trends in the snacking industry. Over 1800 exhibitors will offer a product display within the top competencies of the fair: cocoa, chocolate, biscuits, snack foods, sugar confectionery, ice cream and raw pastes. Innovations will find a specialised audience at the New Product Showcase and the Start-Up Area alongside the Halla Market, reflecting the current German and European food retail market diversification. Must-attend is also the ISM Award presentation honouring selected contributions to driving innovation in the confectionery and snack industry.
