Spain’s leading professional gathering for the baking, confectionery and coffee sectors is held at InterSICOP. The upcoming InterSICOP 2021 edition will be held fully online, in response to the continued health risks of the COVID-19 pandemic. InterSICOP LIVEConnect will go live on 1 March with the goal of retaining the momentum int he industry and offering a dynamic platform for professional interaction and knowledge exchange.
InterSICOP welcomes over 300 exhibitors who present high-quality products that cover the full value-added chain of the bread, pastry, ice cream and coffee industries. An exciting addition to the 2021 exhibition will be the TECSICOP zone, which is specially dedicated to equipment, machinery and production technologies. The Innovation Hub will consolidate all cutting-edge offers on display. With over 30,000 professional visitors expected, the show floor will be replete with opportunities for networking, trade and business growth.
The InterSICOP programme also does not lack in special events. Participants can expect to witness new editions of highly renowned baking and patisserie championships, as well as “The Baker’s Workshop” – a first-rate demonstration and training area.
