Frankfurt Book Fair 2022 is the leading international book fair for publishers and book retailers to visit. The annual event will take place at Messe Frankfurt from 19 to 23 October 2022, ensuring the required health and safety regulations. The five-day book fair will provide great B2B and B2C opportunities and various exhibitions and conferences.
Frankfurt Book Fair is the most significant international platform for trading rights and licenses in the publishing industry. Founded in 1949, the Frankfurter Buchmesse event brings together literature lovers to learn about publishing and the range of genres from novels and poetry to science and children's literature.
More than 5,000 local and international exhibitors, including participants from previous editions, will attend Frankfurt Book Fair 2022. Spain will be Guest of Honour, following the annual tradition of the event. The opening hours of the trade show are as follows: from 19 to 22 October from 9 am to 6:30 pm and from 9 am to 5:30 pm on 23 October. Frankfurter Buchmesse 2022 will also be open to private visitors: from 2:00 to 6:30 pm on 21 October, from 9:00 to 6:30 pm on 22 October and from 9:00 to 5:30 pm on 23 October.
Attendees can even enter digitally and on-site, participate in engaging discussions, learn about current and future trends in the industry, and visit the numerous exhibitor booths featuring Guest of Honor Spain and THE ARTS+ marketplace for Creative Intellectual Property (CIP).

I stayed at the Maritim Hotel Frankfurt. It was appropriate - it's proximity to the Messe Grounds was very valuable, and the room I booked met my needs. It's a tiny bit far away from other interesting things to do in Frankfurt, but that's an adequate trade off for its proximity to the Messe.

I was very happy with the hotel ( very happy with the price ) and the tips you gave about getting around. I was able to catch a bus from the airport and walk a short distance to the hotel. The shoe show was also a walking distance away from the hotel. This is the first time I attended the Düsseldorf show, I usually attend Micam in Milan.
