The annual European Respiratory Society (ERS) International Congress is an essential meeting for the field of respiratory medicine where experts meet to present and discuss the latest scientific and clinical advances. The upcoming ERS 2021 appointment will be held online for the second consecutive year in response to the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The online format has been scheduled to run between 5 – 8 September 2021, offering improved features and a purpose-built platform to help participants network and get the most out of their attendance.
The reputation of ERS derives from its outstanding scientific programme, which is now the largest respiratory meeting in the world. The chosen theme for the ERS Congress 2021 programme is digital health, which will be covered extensively in a range of scientific and educational sessions.
