About BAUEN & MODERNISIEREN 2022
Bauen & Modernisieren is the benchmark event for the Swiss building and construction sector. Now in its 53rd year, Bauen & Modernisieren 2022 will reunite members of the industry and the public for the first time since 2019. The new appointment for the fair has been scheduled as 8 – 11 September 2022 at Messe Zurich.
Bauen & Modernisieren will bring together over 250 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors for four days filled with innovation and inspiration. The exhibition halls will be filled with trendy products and solutions for all areas of building, remodelling and design. A variety of special areas will cover every client demand, including KlimaWelten dedicated to heating and energy, igaltbau for sustainable restoration of old buildings, the “Swiss Made” marketplace and more. The programme features a variety of fringe events. Specialist lectures will offer insight on intriguing topics in the industry like smart homes, digitalisation in building, solar energy, novel interior design trends and many more.

The event was great but in my humble oppinion too busy and not enough depth. At the first day I spent nealry 2 hours just to enter the venue and was not able to see the opening.
The hotel was very good. They were flexible to help me with a room prior to checkin time and eveything was accordingly. Perfect.
